TL Auto is fantastic! I was recommended here by another auto mechanic and have not been disappointed. Tommy was great at explaining what was going on with my SUV and what I would need done. I appreciate the shuttle service to and from the shop as well. I also was thankful they were very upfront about what is necessary and what could wait. I highly recommend TL Auto ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an awesome experience bringing in my car for repair at TL Auto. They are professional, honest, people first type of business. I would trust them with any car related needs I have. Highly highly recommended. No other shop I plan on using in the future!

Don’t keep shopping around.. this is the place. I did shop around and won’t again in the future. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place.. I live down in Phoenix and my wife and 14 year-old broke down outside of Flagstaff. Obviously, as a dad and husband, I’m a little more stressed taking care of them while I’m not there. TL Auto was my first of three calls that I made to mechanics asking about next steps, availability, pricing, etc. and I made it clear on the phone I was calling other places too. The other two shops were shorter with me (not rude, but short) but Toby was on the phone with me for 10 minutes and even offered to walk me through fixing what he thought was wrong with it for free so I didn’t have to bring it in not knowing I wasn’t at the car.. who does that?? I ended up using a tow recommendation from him and he moved the shop schedule around to get my car fixed quick and the whole process (minus a stupid broken down car) was seamless and he took the stress of a remote car repair completely away. I don’t live here but if I’m remotely close to here again and need help I will only be calling them. They were honest, didn’t push extra work when this was a

Very great service. My college daughter had a very expensive repair on her car & I was trying to help from out of state. They treated her fairly & worked within our budget. We’ll be returning. Toby there is amazing!

Tommy and Toby are very personable, and provide excellent customer service. They communicate promptly when they find something that needs attention. I have been very happy with the work they've done on my pickup, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable shop to trust with their vehicle.
